To whom this program is for?

This program is for leaders who: 

• Have challenges in navigating the changes happening in their teams and/or organizations
• Are Facing different toxic behaviors and they want to know how to handle them
• Want to find out how to succeed in their position and in the organization
• Need innovative ways to drive a sustainable change

What are the outcomes of this program?

The participant will be able to:

• Define what are the competencies that they excel at and they can use to succeed.
• How to deal with different behaviors resisting the change
• Enhance their relationships with their team members peers and stakeholders
• How to intentionally be part of  the culture within the organization
• Leaders will be equipped with tools and activities to use with their team members and during their meetings
• They will be able to have a concise and productive team and one-on-one meetings

How this program is delivered?

• The program has a total duration of six months
• Each module is one full day or 2 half days
• Leaders will undergo 4 individual coaching and participate in 2 group coaching.
• Coaching sessions will be scheduled between modules.
• Assessments for strengths and leadership skills will be conducted.
• Participants are required to complete pre-program work.
• Various activities will be assigned for completion between program modules.
