From the Heart of Middle East to the Soul of Canada
My journey began in the vibrant landscapes of the Middle East, a region rich in culture, resilience, and community. It’s where I grew as a leader, a coach, and an energetic woman entrepreneur. In 2010, my husband and I co-founded Team In Motion, a business built with love and purpose, devoted to developing teams, empowering leaders, and sparking real transformation.
Then life called us to something bigger.
We moved to Canada , dreams in hand, my family by my side, stepping into a new chapter filled with hope, yet heavy with uncertainty. The transition was not easy — not for me, and not for my family. What was once familiar, known, and celebrated in our home country became foreign and unclear. The identity I had built with care and dedication felt suddenly invisible. I was no longer known, and I had to start again — not from zero, but from the unknown.
This shift came with its own weight , frustration, stress, and moments of deep sadness. The systems, the habits, the way of working, everything needed to be relearned. I had to prove myself all over again, despite decades of experience and impact. And in those moments of disorientation, something quietly powerful began to emerge.
That Big Change — uprooting, restarting, reimagining — became a turning point. It reshaped not only how I lived, but how I led. It reminded me of something essential: that our differences are not limitations — they are our strength. They are our fingerprints — unique, unrepeatable, and filled with the potential to make a difference.
From this realization, Fingerprint Leadership was born.
A natural evolution of Team In Motion, Fingerprint Leadership is rooted in the same core values — authenticity, purpose, collaboration — now expanded with a bold mission: to help leaders and teams embrace their uniqueness and navigate change with confidence, clarity, and heart.
