Who I Am

My journey to executive and team coaching began in business.

Early in my career, I worked in leadership and management roles across retail, consumer industries, and international environments. I was also involved in developing an American franchise in the Middle East as a CEO, leading teams and operations in a fast-moving and demanding business environment.

Working inside organizations exposed me to the realities leaders face every day: competing priorities, pressure to deliver results, cross-functional tensions, and the challenge of keeping teams aligned while navigating constant change.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in what truly shapes leadership team performance.

I observed that even highly capable executives and talented leadership teams can struggle—not because of lack of expertise or commitment, but because of the dynamics operating between them: alignment, trust, decision patterns, and competing pressures across the organization.

This realization led me to deepen my work in leadership development and systemic coaching.
For more than 20 years, I have worked with executives and leadership teams across the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and North America, supporting them as they navigate leadership transitions, organizational change, and complex decision environments.

Today, as an executive and team coach, I help leaders understand and work with the systems shaping how their teams operate, so that strategy, leadership behavior, and team dynamics move in the same direction.

Fingerprint Leadership

I founded Fingerprint Leadership as a continuation of the work I began in the Middle East through Team In Motion, a leadership development initiative launched in 2010.

The name Fingerprint Leadership reflects a core belief that has guided my work for many years:
Every leader and every leadership team operates within a unique system and that uniqueness is their strength.
Organizations today face increasing levels of complexity. Leaders are asked to deliver results while navigating transformation, competing priorities, and rapidly changing environments.

In this context, leadership cannot rely only on individual capability. It requires clarity about the system in which leaders operate the relationships, dynamics, and patterns that shape how teams make decisions and move forward.

Fingerprint Leadership focuses on helping leaders and leadership teams understand these dynamics so that their leadership can operate with greater alignment, clarity, and cohesion.
