This 4-day advanced leadership training program is designed to equip participants with the skills to lead diverse teams effectively, enhance collaboration within diverse teams, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

DAY 1: Building a Strong Foundation (6hours) Instructor-Led  

By the end of Day 1, participants will master building and maintaining trust within their teams, creating a psychologically safe environment that promotes open communication and collaboration. 

They will learn to leverage team members' strengths and gain clarity on various roles, including hidden ones, to enhance accountability and alignment with organizational goals.

Practical tools and hands-on activities, such as trust-building exercises and role-playing, will reinforce their learning and help them apply these concepts in real-world scenarios.

DAY 2: Empowering Inclusion: Transforming Workplaces Through Neurodiversity & DEI Excellence (6hours) Instructor Led

By the end of Day 2, participants will understand how to foster an inclusive team culture by identifying and mitigating unconscious biases, addressing microaggressions, and improving non-verbal communication skills. 

They will learn to enhance collaboration across diverse teams through inclusive communication practices and by promoting open dialogue and respect. 

Participants will also gain the tools to advocate for equitable policies, create a supportive work environment, and leverage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to drive diversity and inclusion and to build more inclusive and high-performing teams.

DAY 3 : Enhancing Communication & Collaboration (6hours) Instructor Led

By the end of Day 3, participants will master the art of crafting powerful questions to enhance team collaboration and problem-solving, using active listening and open-ended questions to drive deeper insights. 

They will learn to give effective feedback using the SCARF model, understanding the difference between feedback and feedforward, and the importance of being present. Participants will also gain confidence in navigating difficult conversations, identifying challenging personalities, managing emotions through emotional intelligence (EQ), and applying conflict management strategies

DAY 4 : Mastering Change (6hours) Instructor Led

By the end of the final day, participants will be equipped with strategies for leading teams through transitions and uncertainty, including understanding resistance to change, developing a change blueprint, and establishing conditions for sustainable change. 

They will learn how to drive successful transformations by embracing the right attitude and navigating the three stages of team relationships. Additionally, participants will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leading their teams with a growth mindset, contrasting it with a fixed mindset. These skills will enable them to effectively manage change, inspire ongoing development, and drive organizational success.

About the Instructor

Roula Eid is a speaker, trainer, facilitator, mentor & coach. One of her strengths is about meeting clients where they are and moving them toward actionable goals. She served for more than 25 years in different kinds of organizations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She started her career as a salesperson in a European franchise to end up as the CEO of an American franchise. She worked with diverse teams and created strategies for smooth inclusion and equity. 

Mrs. Eid is the founder and the CEO of FINGERPRINT LEADERSHIP, a specialized company for training, coaching, training, and mentoring.

 

She partners with her clients to understand their needs, unlock their potential and move towards the next level of achieving their mission, and their strength from within, using diversity and inclusion to achieve better goals. 

She is an effective, fully present listener who speaks her client’s language. Her accessible approach, positive attitude, and creativity foster trust and create safe environments that help clients lean into new territory and build new awareness.
